Webshop Software
Our webshop is developed using WooCommerce software. The personal data you provide to us is shared with this party to ensure the technical functionality of our webshop. WooCommerce has access to this data to provide us with technical support but will never use it for other purposes. Security measures such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy have been implemented.
Web Hosting
Our website and email services are hosted by Mijndomein. They process personal data on our behalf but do not use it for their own purposes. However, Mijndomein may collect anonymized metadata to improve their services. They have implemented security measures to prevent data loss and unauthorized use.
Email and Mailing Lists
We send newsletters and marketing emails via Mailchimp. Your email address and name are used exclusively for sending emails that you have requested or explicitly agreed to receive. At the bottom of every email, you will find a link to unsubscribe.
For regular email communication, we use Mailchimp services. They have implemented appropriate security measures to keep data safe.
Payment Processing
To process payments in our webshop, we use Mollie. They process data such as name, address, and payment details. Mollie implements security measures to prevent fraud and retains data only as long as legally required.
Reviews
We collect customer reviews through Google Reviews and Kiyoh. If you leave a review, the platform may publish your name and location. In some cases, we may share your name and email address with Google Reviews and Kiyoh to send an invitation for a review.
Shipping and Logistics
For order deliveries, we work with DHL. To ensure proper delivery, we share your name, address, and contact details with this carrier. DHL uses this data solely to execute the shipment.
Accounting and Invoicing
For our financial administration, we use [Accounting Software]. They receive the necessary data to process invoices and payments in accordance with legal obligations.
